It’s important to me that you are happy and there are no surprises during this process. With that said please review the following:

Rights to Artwork:
When your painting arrives you have the right to proudly display your fabulous new piece in your home. The artist retains full copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork. The artist is proud of her work and has the right to display your painting on all social media platforms. Once your painting is complete the artist may choose to create and sell prints of the artwork.
Payment:
The artist will only schedule your commission on her calendar and commence painting once a 50% deposit is paid. The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Once your painting is complete you will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount due. The final payment is due within 7 days the invoice is sent. If the final payment is not received within 20 days of the invoice being sent, your painting will be sold and your deposit will not be returned.
Pricing:
Once you receive a quote the amount is good for 30 days. Prices subject to change after 30 days.
Return Policy:
All sales of original work and commissions are final. You will be sent a photo and video of your artwork at the time of completion to ensure satisfaction. The artist will allow for one adjustment. Any additional adjustments may result in a fee.
